Q : Do you offer sample?
A : We offer sample for some items, some items not offer sample but they guaranteed by after-sold service.
Q : How do you ship the sample?
A : We usually ship by E-pack, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. And courier charge is paid by customer against
arrival. If customer do not have courier A/C, we can help him/her by courier agent service which costs
much lower than official courier. That is, customer pay us courier charge, we pay it to courier agent. We
will not own any price gap. This way costs much lower but a little longer to receive the parcel.
Q : How long can get the goods after payment?
A : Most of the normal items we have stock here and can ship at the same day received payment. When we
make quotation to you, you can easily check the leading time for each item too.
Q : Do you have after-sold service?

Q : Why you can’t provide trace no. of the cargo once shipped the goods?
A : In order to save up the shipping cost, we ship the goods by the agent of DHL, FEDEX,UPS and others’
account. The shipping cost is at least half cheaper than using normal account no. So that we can get the
trace no in the next day of shipment.
